LACQUERING ROTOPAL (GLOSSY)

ROTOPAL lacquering consists in the application of an acrylic finish on both sides. This thin layer guarantees a perfect protection of the fabric from atmospheric agents and pollution.

The ROTOPAL lacquer gives to the fabric a glossy appearance.

LACQUERING ROTOMATT (MATT)

ROTOMATT lacquer consists in the application of an acrylic finish on both sides. This thin layer guarantees a perfect protection of the fabric from atmospheric agents and pollution.

The ROTOMATT lacquer gives to the fabric a matt appearance.

LACQUERING STORICO (SEMI MATT)

STORICO lacquering consists in the application of an acrylic layer that gives an elegant “matt effect”. Such particular treatment makes the fabric ideal to be integrated in the most prestigious environment.

It is applied to fabrics such as for example PS ADR STORICO, which are perfect for sun shading systems, gazebos, tents, pergolas and covers in general.

LACQUERING ROTOFLUO W10 (WELDABLE PVDF)

ROTOFLUO W10 is a finish composed by a mixture of acrylic and fluorinated (PVDF) lacquer, which protect the PVC layer from atmospheric agents and pollutions.
ROTOFLUO W10 lacquering, together with a special calendaring technology, gives to the fabrics a smoother surface and a better resistance against dirt.
Furthermore, all the fabrics treated with ROTOFLUO W10 are compatible with high frequency welding.

• Higher resistance to chemical ageing
• Stability to UV and gamma radiations
• Excellent bending and stress mechanical properties

ROTOFLUO W10 lacquering is normally applied to all NAIZIL COVER fabrics. Among all lacquerings, it is currently one of the best protections that can be obtained.

LACQUERING TITAN W15 (PVDF+TiO₂)

TITAN W15 is a new multy-layer lacquer meant to enhance the protection and durability of Naizil coated fabrics.

TITAN W15 has been developed by Naizil Srl R&D Department, starting from the existing weldable PVDF lacquer technologies which have been improved by adding an inner layer of TiO₂ (Titanium Bioxide).

The higher effectiveness of TITAN W15 compared to previous coatings based on acrylic and PVDF lacquering has been shown by several tests on deterioration by atmospheric agents.

Such tests have demonstrated the validity of the new lacquering that provides and effective protective shield against UV rays, extending the life of the fabric and keeping it cleaner.

The result is a coating with a double finish PVDF+TiO₂ on the top and a PVDF finish on the reverse that give the fabric the following advantages:

• Less yellowing and colour variation
• Longer lasting mechanical properties
• Better preservation of flexibility
• Better self-cleaning properties

In addition to the above-mentioned characteristics, all the Naizil coated fabrics with TITAN W15 lacquering are high-frequency weldable.

COIBENTATO TREATMENT

High tenacity polyester fabric with a FOAM PVC coating for thermal and acoustic comfort with a thickness of about 4 mm.

The result is a product characterized by the following advantages:

• Reduction in condensation
• Increased soundproofing
• Temperature maintenance
• Reduced dispersion

METALLIC TREATMENT

This particular coating treatment is obtained with the application of a layer of lacquering on the external part that gives a glossy and metallized effect to the fabric. Such lacquering protects and isolates the PVC layer from environmental agents, it is also hot-air and high-frequency weldable.

BLOCKOUT TREATMENT

This treatment consists in in applying two layers of blockout PVC, one on the internal and the other on the external side of the fabric. These layers are then covered by a top layer and a protective finishing. Full blockout is guaranteed. This type of treatment can be made on any type of fabric.

LOW-WICKING YARN TREATMENT

This yarn with low capillary effect, is made of High Tenacity Polyester which does not allow the spread of dust along the yarn. Such treatment efficiently prevents the absorption of water, dirt and fungus inside the fabric. It also preserves mechanical and aesthetical proprieties and grants minimum discoloration and uniform translucency.

EMBOSSING TREATMENT

This particular treatment involves the use of a special hot embossing cylinder on the external part of the PVC. It allows the manufacturing of different types of decorative embossed elements such as:

The application of such treatment is ideal for pergolas, mattresses, nautical fabrics, anti-slippery products, and tarpaulins.
